OBTAINING AN INEN 1 CERTIFICATE
Conformance Certificates (CC)
Our service grants our clients the opportunity to perform their diligences, paperwork and procedures upon the public and private entities in China, Pakistan and Vietnam that are necessary to obtain an INEN certificate accepted by the Ecuadorian Accreditation Organization (OAE), that allows the obtainment of the INEN-1 form; a fundamental requirement for the import of merchandize included in the “List of goods subject to control”
• For (CC), we mainly verify the following aspects:
° Analysis and verification methodology that can be used to obtain the INEN-1 form in Ecuador according to CONCAL resolutions 009 and 010
° Advice and support for development and compliance with technical regulations or technical standards according to the product of interest )
° Analysis of the required standard to be delivered and validated before the Chinese certification organism to carry out laboratory tests in the case that the technical regulation or standard requires them.
° Identification of inspection organizations and/or laboratories accredited in China for the emission of CC’s recognized by the OAE.
° Documentary validation process in China Pakistan, Vietnam and Ecuador.
° The range of our service ends the moment we deliver the valid INEN-1 form for the import process.
