Inspection
Pre-production inspection (PPI)
At the beginning of the production process, a visual quality control of components, materials, accessories, finished and half-finished products is carried out and is compared to the client’s specifications and/or reference samples, to predict possible problems and to make recommendations in order to verify that the product fulfills all the specifications before mass production is initiated.
• For (PPI), we mainly verify the following aspects:
° Production lines and factory capacity.
° Facilities and factory equipment.
° Raw materials, main components and accessories.
° Half-finished products.
° Some finished products.
Our inspection service allows us to find out , at the beginning of the production process, if there is any discrepancy or error with reference to the product that the client wishes to receive at the end of the production.
